Capability Homecare was founded by Daniel and Megan Bigbee, a Seattle couple who wanted  to provide outstanding, upscale, in-home care to seniors. Dismayed by what they had seen in the industry, Daniel took his 15 years experience in the staffing industry to create a boutique style agency that provides top notch caregivers who are carefully selected to represent the core values that Capability Homecare was based on.
